If the filter you purchased has quality problems within 7 days, our company will replace the product for you free of charge

If the filter you purchased has quality problems within one year, we will provide free repair or replacement with a new one. This product has a one-year warranty period

Situations that do not fall under the obligation of free warranty:

1) Unable to provide valid purchase receipts.

2) Malfunctions and damages caused by improper use and self repair.

3) Malfunctions or damages caused by transportation, handling, or falling after purchase.

4) Other unavoidable external factors cause malfunctions and damages.

5) Damage caused by water ingress or other solutions to the equipment due to improper use.

6) Damage caused by using a power source other than the specified voltage.
