Instructions for using power filter

The EMC/EMI power filter produced by Suzhou YunSanDa Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is based on GB/T 15287-1994; Developed based on GB/T 15288-1994 and UL's latest standard FOKR-UL60939 "Electromagnetic Interference Filters". Power filter is a passive low-pass filter with a filtering frequency range between 10kHz-30MHz. It can effectively suppress the conducted interference propagating along the power line and greatly reduce the radiation interference generated by electronic devices.

1、 Product testing

1. Appearance inspection

Visually, the appearance should be bright, undamaged, the trademark clear, and the lead out end welded well.

2. Durability testing

After the civilian power filter is placed in a low-temperature box (-25 ℃) and a high-temperature box (+85 ℃), and subjected to rated voltage and load for 700 hours of continuous operation, it should undergo withstand voltage testing, insulation resistance testing, leakage current testing, and insertion loss testing to meet the enterprise standards.

3. Insertion loss testing, withstand voltage testing, leakage current testing, and insulation resistance testing shall be conducted using relevant instruments in accordance with standard operating procedures.

2、 Product identification

The rated voltage, rated current, operating frequency, and operating temperature of the power filter should be based on the product trademark identification.

3、 Product transportation

1. Users should not use the filter output terminal as a support point when handling the filter, in order to avoid twisting, loosening, or falling off of the terminal, which may affect the normal use of the filter.

If the output terminal of the filter is a bolt, the user must use two wrenches to tighten the nut when wiring to avoid changes in the internal circuit caused by the rotation of the bolt, which may cause the filter to ignite, short circuit, breakdown, and decrease in filtering effect.

4、 Product storage

The power filter should be stored indoors at a temperature of -45 ℃ to+85 ℃. Cannot be stored in rooms containing corrosive liquids or gases.
